About "You are my number one"

About the artwork

And she certainly is. This lady is a strong lady, someone who stands her ground. She has so much experience in leading, leading in a special way. Years ago when she came to live here, she was looking for work. After several jobs, a teacher was in demand in this neighbourhood. She would have to stand in front of a class of high school students. That is not an easy job. The neighbourhood where the school was located was not the best and so it was really challenging. Slowly but surely, she was able to gain the trust of the pupils and so the class was doing well. The grades were good, so good that even the rector was impressed. The class loved their teacher and wanted to show it. A very big one was made by the students to honour her. The rose completed the whole thing. In a beautiful ceremony, the one was handed over. Of course she was happy with the award, which said you are my number one. The colours of this nevertheless abstract work are red, orange, yellow, brown, cream and green.

As an artist, I like to enter a colorful world especially the world of flowers. This colourful and so positive world appeals to me enormously. Flowers spread a positive atmosphere because of the colors and the beautiful and diverse shapes and one can never get enough of that!.. Read more…

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
