if your mind determines what you see
then imagination is the power of your soul

After night frost, I 'm always looking for small frozen puddles early in the morning. I usually do so in open, small-scale natural areas because there the chances are greatest that the frost has formed beautiful figures that have not yet been destroyed by vehicles or walkers. This particular morning, I was already on my way home when I saw a variety of shapes and colours in a mini puddle of a few dozen centimetres. The sun was just reaching the layer of ice so that part of it was still white out and the rest was already a beautiful dark blue colour. In my imagination, I saw in a small piece of the ice something that looked like a bird's head with very large eyes. In order to photograph, I went down deep. I think in reality the piece of ice in the photo was only a few centimetres big.
