Once your chosen piece has been carefully checked, produced and packaged, it is ready to be dispatched.
Our delivery providers are then the case as quickly as possible.
Your new piece will be sent to the address you’ve specified. The choice of carriers may depend on the size and fragility of your package, as well as the destination.
You will receive tracking information via email so that you can track your package – from the moment it leaves the production facility until it has been delivered.
We work with courier services who specialise in handling fragile packages.
Once it has been dispatched, it won't be long before your new Art Heroes piece has arrived.
Track your package using the tracking information you’ll receive in an email. This way, you’ll know exactly which day your package is due to be delivered.
Not home? Your delivery driver will leave you a note and you can then arrange a new delivery time.
At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.
We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.
Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.
A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.
Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.
Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
You can specify a delivery date in advance so that we can schedule the delivery on a more suitable day. Still not at home at the time of delivery? Then the delivery service will try next door or leave a note and an appointment can be made to reschedule. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Deliveries typically take place between 8:00 and 18:00. Once our parcel delivery driver has received all parcels, the final route is determined and you will receive an e-mail the day before with a specific delivery time, as well as a track & trace to follow your parcel.
This is often possible in consultation with the carrier. Please contact us and we can discuss the options.
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange for you to be called before delivery. You will still receive an email from us with the delivery date, an indication of the delivery time and a Track & Trace to follow your parcel.
We have no influence on the carrier's route and delivery times. We can schedule your order at your preferred time, but we cannot guarantee that your order will actually be delivered after a specific time. If you are not at home, the carrier will always try to deliver to your neighbours. If they are not at home either, you will receive a card in your letterbox with which you can schedule a new appointment with the carrier yourself. If you have missed the driver and no note has been left? Let us know and we will deal with this immediately.
Of course, you are free to ship your order abroad yourself. Good to know: do not underestimate the cost of sending large parcels abroad. In addition, most materials are quite fragile.
Most materials except loose photo prints, wallpaper and ArtFrame are immediately ready to hang. But how exactly do you hang your work? All works can be hung from screws (or sturdy nails) without problems - all options, except for loose prints and wallpaper, are delivered with fittings that affix to one or more screws depending on size. Would you rather not drill a hole in your wall? Then take a look at the hanging systems from STAS. After installing the hanging system, you will never have to drill holes in your walls to hang wall decoration again. Are you ready for something new? Then simply change without drilling.
Typically yes. You can, for example, attach a suspension system to the ceiling. You can easily order a suspension rail from STAS or get one from your local DIY store.
