How a cute little shop could have become one of the highlights of my city trip to Málaga, Spain, I don't know, but it was. I was wandering through the narrow streets in the historic centre, among the tall churches, cathedrals and stately houses when I happened to look down a dead-end alley and saw a sign "Antiquities". Of course, that always catches my attention, and it was the cutest, oldest and cosiest little shop I had seen in a long time. And the best part was that you could also have traditional Spanish breakfast there, and I happened to need breakfast.
This photo is something very different from the big famous buildings or spectacular landscapes you'd normally expect in travel photography. But for me, it is a very fond memory and perhaps even more precious than all those spectacular photos's. This memory combined with the soft morning light falling on the stuff from outside, the warm colours combined with the green of the grazing pitchers makes the photo one of my favourites.
