This photo was actually taken by chance. During my second year at the academy of photo arts. During one of our compulsory assignments, "still life", an enormous appreciation for making and looking at still lives in a very organic way, really grew. Like in this image, the softness of the beautiful budding hyacinths and the brown spots of the core of the eaten apple. The cord as a symbiosis between beauty and transience.
The image deepens for me because the background is dark, so that the soft green hyacinths and the core bring something serene but also sad to the image.
