Art Deo one is the time after the First World War. A time of innovation both in art , dress and architecture. It was a time of colour and debauchery there was partying and dancing, people celebrated freedom. It was the beginning of women's emancipation. The tight straitjacket was exchanged with loose clothes and shorter skirts. Hair was cut and decorated with hair bands and feathers. The rigid lines of painting became dashing and round, and a lot of colour was used.
