I lived and worked in the Gambia / Africa for many years and am proud and grateful that I was allowed to interact a lot with these strong women. I learnt a lot from the culture and the people. An experience you take with you all your life, so I try to capture the pride of the African people. This can be done with photos, but also with paintings and drawings.
