About the artwork

IJmuiden beach from the Zuidpier at dusk. IJmuiden beach under a cloud cover on a stormy afternoon. The swirling waves shone on by the last rays of the sun. The last Kitesurfers on the waves just in front of the beach. The peace and solitude and beauty at the end of a busy day. The beach goers the bird watchers and the Kiteboarders grabbing one last lap. The thick cloud cover through which the last rays of sun pierce is a beautiful panorama of the Dutch coast.

The south pier was closed because of the strong wind and waves coming over the pier. Still, I frequent the south pier then. There is always something to see and experience in the storm. And I enjoy the landscape which is in full swing. Zaankanteropavontuur with the camera armed through the country. Frayed edges of cities and industrial estates. But also the villages and the coasts. Photography digital and analogue from the camera for on the wall, of the living room waiting room, study, or office.

Always on adventure and looking for industrial landscapes and details. And I do a lot of street photography. Walking through the streets, old villages and city centers.
I photograph mainly with an analogue Yashica 635 and a Ricoh AF 5.

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
