About the artwork

Imagine a romantic garden, two lovers walking there, knowing they must say goodbye. They stand still surrounded by a sweet scent of lush flowers and the gentle buzzing of hovering insects. A light mist hangs around them and they look at each other to say one more thing. Before you go...

'Before you go... ' is available on work on the wall as a print of the original painting. Many of my works come about intuitively. There is no preconceived plan of what to paint. In practice, a colorful scene often appears that is - sometimes strongly, sometimes distantly - reminiscent of flowers. I love experimenting with new color palettes all the time. In the process, I mix colors on the canvas. And layer after layer unfolds during the painting process a composition. The resulting image is often a surprise to me as a painter.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
