Bryce Canyon National Park features rocks that stand in semi-circles as pillars. The giant pillars are caused by erosion. In some places the gap is so deep and narrow that vegetation is not possible. On this picture we see that a tree with the crest just gets the top of the rocks. We are also growing a second tree from the bastard. Where the rocks are called Hoodoos, this is a vegetable hoodo.
