A Look at the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, during the blue hour. This complex consists of several buildings and can be found at the beginning of the Turia Gardens, in the city centre. It was designed by architect Santiago Calatrava and opened in 1998, with the last building completed in 2009.
Prominently featured is Caixaforum, which is used as a cultural centre. So from the outside, it looks just like a space station!!!
At the time of the photo, the sun had already set, but you can still see beautiful shades of blue and purple in the sky. The lights on the buildings also come out best then. It was a windless evening, giving a nice reflection in the water in front of the building.
