Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

About ‘Close-up of a yellow daffodil’ by Margot van den Berg

One of the reasons I love taking macro photos is that I never know in advance what I am going to see. This daffodil is a great example of that.

Of course I know what I am looking at: the lying leaf is the petal and the standing part is the side of the trumpet. And when I look more closely, I am surprised by the veins of the petal that all come out at the trumpet. And the veins of the trumpet that all run the length of the trumpet and emerge at the petal. I wonder if they match up those veins running sideways and upwards. I can't see it very well.

This picture also made me immediately think of a prima ballerina. A dancer with tutu. Maybe a bit strange, but I see a yellow bodice with a yellow skirt. A costume for a beautiful happy role. And once I've seen something like that, I can't not see it. Wonderful isn't it?
