With 4 colors there are 4! = 4 * 3 * 2 * 1 = 24 possibilities of arrangement. By rotating 90 degrees (4x) you will not get a new motif. Therefore the number must be divided by 4.
So you only get 4! / 4 = 3 * 2 = 6 possible combinations.
If the color in the center is varied, 5 different colors in the center (red, green, blue, yellow, black and white) give 6 * 6 = 36 possible combinations. If the color white is added to the edge, there are even more possible combinations. For the time being, this will be waived.
For the time being only black in the center.
Other combinations can be created on request and upon request.
Note:
D in the title means Dark, because B for Black is already taken because of B for Blue.
Further abbreviations:
R: Red / Red
G: Green / Green
B: Blue / Blue
Y: Yellow / Yellow
