Evening photo at the Scheldt Quays in Antwerp with the Ferris wheel at Steenplein in the background. For 14 months we were lucky enough to admire this beautifully lit attraction and it was a recognizable part of the cityscape. Unfortunately, it was demolished in mid-January 2022.
This photo was taken after a heavy rain. The rain itself is not that helpful when you are out and about with your camera but it does create some nice reflections afterwards. The illuminated Ferris wheel thus creates a beautiful play of colors in the puddles on the ground.
