De Oudshoornse kerk in Alphen aan den Rijn is al heel vaak gefotografeerd. Niet zo gek, want met zijn 350 jaar is het het oudste gebouw in de gemeente, sinds die in 1918 werd gevormd. Op deze manier is de kerk nog nooit gefotografeerd, zeggen insiders. Het was een rustige middag in de herfst rond de onergang van de zon.

Landscapes and townscapes are my favourite subjects. I search for beauty in the image; that can come from any of the compositional elements such as lines, shapes, rhythms, light/dark, colour combinations.
