I photographed this picture of a Buddha statue holding a pink Dahlia flower during my trip through India where I was reporting on organic cotton production in Maharashtra.
With my photography, I emphasise the beauty of everyday life, the wonders of nature, strength and positivity. I hope to touch something in people by creating awareness about what is often considered unimportant or less important.
I like to zoom in on something relatively small and highlight it through composition and little depth of focus.
