Past glory: the Grumman EA-6B Prowler.
The Grumman EA-6 Prowler was a twin-engine military aircraft designed to operate from aircraft carriers and intended for electronic warfare. The aircraft was built on the basis of the Grumman A-6 Intruder. The U.S. Navy and U.S. Marines used this aircraft, which has been out of service for several years.
These Grumman EA-6B Prowlers are parked on a platform at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. This photo was taken during the airshow at MCAS Cherry Point on 30 April 2016.
