Hoist block in an empty factory hall

The hoist block in the empty factory hall. The windows in the background the concrete frame the cables of the hoist block. The colours of the hoist block stand out solidly against the concrete of the hall. The height the big windows it was a nice raw image where the machines are gone. But where the atmosphere still hangs in the hall.

With my work as a street photographer, I show the rough, unpolished sides of city life. With my photographs, I try to capture the beauty of everyday moments. The viewer can then invent his or her own story to go with it. I also have a fondness for industrial environments, such as harbour sites and factory buildings, where traces of the industrial past are still present. In doing so, I try to photograph subtle details, using both digital and analogue cameras.
