Athens University is an amazing building, raised almost like an ancient Greek temple. This building is also often photographed, as are the statues in front of it. So time to choose a different angle! Here my attention was caught by the fact that the hand of the statue seems to be pointing, but the shadow, of the same hand, actually makes a pointing gesture. And so you have pointing and beckoning together in one photo! Also, the pastel shades in the background are so pretty: something between orange and beige, which you do often find in the Mediterranean. By the way, notice that the top half contains a lighter shade than the bottom half. Halfway through the image, you can see the dividing line between the two shades. By framing part of the image in such a way, you have a very different photo here. Actually, you can choose what you see here! It invites you to dream away.

Welcome to my webshop! Here you will find images I have taken on the road. Travel and street photography often with a specific light, sometimes with a "moment décisif" or decisive moment.
In 2021 I graduated as a photographer from CVO Brussels, since then I have been working as an independent photographer. I use Canon's EOS system and work with both full-frame SLR and system camera. My favorite lens is a 50 mm lens.
