About the artwork

This atmospheric portrait shows a fragile mushroom bathed in golden forest light rising like a tiny lantern above a tree trunk. Photographed from below, the shot shows the gossamer lamellae in all their glory, a tribute to the hidden beauty of forest life.

The inspiration for this work came during a quiet walk through the autumn forest, where the low sunlight broke through the trees and nature seemed to magically stand still for a moment. I wanted to capture that fleeting, almost sacred experience: the moment when the small becomes big.

The mood of this photo is warm, serene and almost mystical. The soft lighting and subtle backlighting create a sense of calm, wonder and connection with nature.

With this work, I want to show how powerful simplicity can be. How even the most modest forms of life - such as a lonely mushroom - can radiate grandeur if you take the time to really look.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
