A spring walk in the forest is a blessing for the soul in itself. Our lungs fill with fresh air, our bodies are revitalised and our thoughts become lighter. But every forest also harbours a touch of magic - a magic that manifests itself differently depending on the time of day: quiet and mysterious in the morning, lively and bright at midday, calm and almost reverent in the evening.
I particularly enjoy walking through the forest after rain. Then the colours glow in a very special way: The brown tones seem more earthy, the red more intense, the green almost supernaturally alive. And when the sun breaks through the trees - true wonders are created.
In this photo, the sunlight penetrates through the trees from behind and casts long, mysterious shadows on the moss-covered ground, which looks like a soft, green bed - an inviting carpet of nature.
This moment has transformed the forest with its vibrant colours and deep contrasts into a magical place. A place full of peace, depth and mystery that still makes me dream today.
