About "New York Panorama"

About the artwork

New York, a beautiful city. For my work I get to be here from time to time and of course my camera gear always goes with me. Sometimes I go for a nice walk early in the morning and see where the light takes me but this time I had a plan to take a nice panoramic photo of the Manhattan skyline.

For this location, I had been dropped off across the Brooklyn Bridge. From there it was another short walk towards Pebble Beach from where you have a nice view towards the city.

Now it is always a matter of waiting to see what the weather will do but this morning it was very much with us. Almost windless, some clouds and beautiful soft morning light. In short, all the ingredients for a nice panoramic photo of the Manhattan skyline with the Brooklyn Bridge on the left and the Manhattan Bridge on the right.

After taking several shots, I was done here. I couldn't have wished for a better start to the morning. To turn these shots into one beautiful panorama suitable for your wall, I will work on it at home. Because that is where I have access to the right equipment and photo editing programs. Ultimately, this takes time, but for me it is part of the job and I enjoy doing it.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
