About ‘Öxarárfoss in a winter Iceland decor’ by Gerry van Roosmalen
A winter scene of the lower part of the Öxarárfoss in the Icelandic national park Þingvellir. In this national park the captains of the Vikings met annually to enter into commercial treaties, to speak law, and to party. Executions were also carried out here, or criminals were declared outlawed.
