Ivy climbing on abandoned house walls. Here the plant climbs along a built in window, framing it's ornaments and providing a splash of color. The ivy's leaves have turned to different shades of gold and red with the coming of autumn, transforming into a blanket of rust and copper. There are also exposed branches, where the leaves have fallen, creating a vein like texture on the walls. Both the foliage and the old building hint at the passage of time and the changing seasons. A perfect embrace between nature and organic architecture.
