Red, yellow and green peppers painted with ecolin / watercolor and east indian ink. The bright colors of the peppers come out beautifully against a white background. Peppers are used in a lot of dishes, and used to be mainly used in Southern Europe, but now they are also used a lot in the Northern part of Europe in the kitchen.
