We are along the waterfront at exactly the right time. The light is fantastic. It is the golden hour of the day that is, the sun is very low, colouring everything with a warm glow. It is about 15 minutes before sunset. Around me are the red flowering stems of plants called Greater Horseshoe. They like the moist soil along the water's edge. The last rays of the sun light up the plants beautifully. I also take photos's from closer to catch the special colours. It gives a very summery feeling.
