About the artwork

As a photographer, I am constantly struck by moments where light and nature meet perfectly. This photograph of a swan, captured in the early morning, is a wonderful example of that. The soft light embraces the graceful animal as it spreads its wings, as if it briefly breaks the silence with a moment of pure strength and elegance. The dark background emphasises the brightness of the illuminated plumage, making the swan seem to rise from the water like a living work of art.

What intrigues me is the combination of serenity and dynamism: the serene setting, the calm presence of the other swans in the background, and against it this one powerful gesture. It feels almost symbolic - a reminder that beauty and power often arise precisely in silence.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
