I could not believe my eyes. It was early morning, and with the promises of fog, I was walking in the Kampina, the most beautiful forest area in Brabant.
The mist was dense, and everything was breathtakingly beautiful.
Slowly the sun rose a little higher in the sky, and suddenly everything was on fire.
Bedazzled, I took my first photo. I looked at the monitor on the back of my camera, and looked at the scene again.
I couldn't believe it the colours were so full, so red. I looked from the screen to reality several more times, and could only agree that the colours my camera had conjured up were reality.
The light remained spectacularly beautiful for a while, and I enjoyed every moment.
The Kampina in the morning, a good place to start the day.
