Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

About ‘The mill in the evening glow’ by Conny Krakowski

This artwork depicts an old windmill as a dark silhouette against an intensely glowing evening sky. The large sails stand out clearly against the colour gradient, which transitions from a warm orange on the horizon to a deep violet. On the left, a dense tree stands in the shade; on the right, the landscape disappears almost entirely into the darkness. In between, a narrow path leads towards the mill, as if it were leading straight into the twilight. The stark contrast between the calm, almost black landscape and the glowing sky is particularly striking. As a result, the mill appears not merely as a structure, but almost as a figure. Steadfast, ancient, a little mysterious and clearly unwilling to be intimidated by modern trappings. The delicate latticework of the sails remains visible despite the darkness, lending the image a clear graphic structure. This image was inspired by those moments when a place suddenly reveals more than it does in broad daylight. The photograph thrives on natural light, strong silhouettes and the warm atmosphere just after sunset. In an interior setting, this piece brings calm, depth and a touch of Nordic evening romance to the room.
