The south pier IJmuiden under chasing clouds. The south pier gulls and chasing clouds. High waves on the horizon and the north pier at Wijk aan Zee on the horizon. Foam heads on the waves between the piers. Sand and rain plague the harbour beacon. The raw concrete of the pier the wet sand the dark clouds. It was stormy with a west wind force 6. Even the seagulls stayed safe on IJmuiden beach.
The rain and wind the raw of the landscape the roaring waves. I am at ease there.
