An unusual image showing the silhouette of a tree. A bare tree, a tree without leaves. A tree in winter silhouette. The tree is in soft tones, mainly beige and green.
The tree trunks and branches are interwoven with an abstract pattern. A pattern of three organic shapes. Three different shapes, each with a different pattern. A pattern of various lines and colours. The organic shapes are done in soft pastel shades, with purple, pink and grey playing the main role.
The background to this natural artwork is done in the soothing colour taupe.
The tree trunks, branches and organic shapes together form a busy pattern, but the use of soft, calm colours has nevertheless created a work of art with a natural and calming look. This work on the wall, possibly wall-filling, or on a door, brings a zen feeling to your room.
The base consists of two photos. One photo, of course, of the bare tree. A winter silhouette is beautiful to see, you can clearly see the shape of the tree and the tree then radiates even more power!
The photo of the organic shapes was taken from an ordinary utensil from my kitchen. This photo was digitally distorted and edited.
After merging both photos, this unusual and abstract artwork was created. An artwork that will look great in a natural and soothing interior!
I see making art as a creative process.
The starting point of this process for me is always a photo or a painting of my own. Every work of art on this site is therefore based on a self-made photo or painting.
I find my sources of inspiration in everything around me...
