About "Urbex & abandoned places - "Jungle versus Graffiti""

About the artwork

An abandoned military complex where a battle is going on between nature and graffiti artists/vandals to overgrow the building. In this battle and through erosion, the building is slowly being consumed.
The original paint is peeling off the walls and ceilings, while new paint is being added with regularity as graffiti is sprayed over.
The windows are splintered and trees and shrubs are growing inward, finding a hold on the window frames. The nature outside is feral and really looks like a jungle.
Outside, it is sunny. The light falling in shines through the foliage, giving it a green tint.

The photo was taken in extra high resolution with High Dynamic Range (HDR) to achieve a balanced exposed composition despite the strong contrasts between the dark corridors and the brightly lit outside world. Suitable for large images, also as wallpaper.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
