About "Who's watching me? - realistic portrait of a woman with penetrating gaze"

About the artwork

Portrait where the viewer is not only looking, but also being looked at. The contemplative gaze is intensely reflected back. The portrait wants to crawl out of the restriction of the canvas in search of interaction with the viewer. The title also wants to challenge the viewer to examine their own view of the work. From what background, context, culture, or mood do you look, experience, judge? And how do you feel when suddenly you yourself are subjected to the contemplative gaze of the portrait? It refers to the anonymity of the viewer. As an artist, you show your work to the world, but often you have no idea who is looking at it and what the perception of the work is. Original painting is 50x50cm, acrylic on canvas.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
