About ‘princess in white dress’ by Kaylee Verschure

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful princess called Isabella, who always dreamed of her true love. One day she met a handsome prince called William, and she knew he was the one. He asked her to marry him and she said yes. On the day of the wedding, Isabella wore a stunning white dress, adorned with diamonds and pearls. Her blonde hair was put up and she wore a crown of flowers. The ceremony took place in the beautiful gardens of the castle, where flowers were in bloom and the sun was shining. When the priest uttered the words "you may now kiss", Isabella and William passionately kissed each other, and from then on they lived happily ever after in the castle, surrounded by friends and family. Isabella always wore her white dress as a symbol of their love and loyalty to each other. And so their fairytale marriage was immortalised in the history books of the kingdom.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
