Scandinavian simplicity and colorful accents
In the rural surroundings of Finland, Jutta lives with her partner in a beautiful modern log house. As a lover of interior design and decoration, she has carefully curated her home. Jutta works in mental health care, and her job is both challenging and interesting. That's why it's important for her to find peace at home, and she showcases her passion for interior decoration on her Instagram account.
Jutta’s interior style is typically Scandinavian, featuring light colors, natural materials, and open spaces that bring nature indoors. “Our house has large windows, allowing the outdoor feeling to completely enter the home. We love the peace and nature surrounding us,” she explains. Her furniture is of Finnish and Danish origin, with a minimalist and functional design. “Although my home in Finland is mainly decorated in earthy tones, I like to play with more color in my Spanish bungalow to emphasize the sunny atmosphere. But at home in Finland, I prefer calmness and harmony, which fits perfectly with the environment,” she adds.
For her bedroom wall, Jutta chose a striking piece of artwork that she discovered on Instagram. “It’s a beautiful black-and-white portrait of a woman, with a splash of color that really brings the piece to life. I immediately knew I wanted this work on my wall.” The artwork, printed on ArtFrame, adds a modern and artistic touch to her interior. “It was very easy to hang and fits perfectly with the Scandinavian simplicity of my home,” she says.
