About the artwork

**Geertekerkhof** is a digital artwork depicting a hushed snapshot of a hidden corner in the heart of Utrecht. Left in the image is Geertestraat 30 bis, a characteristic building with its weathered facades and small windows that seem to whisper stories of the past. The paving stones in front of the house are uneven and bear the marks of centuries of use. Next to the property, a narrow passageway opens up, popularly known as "the Throat Hole". This alley is dark and mysterious, a play of shadows and light that invites the visitor to look further and face the unknown.

To the right of the image, we catch a glimpse of the imposing Geertekerk, whose robust medieval stone walls and Gothic windows are visible. The tower rises outside the field of view, but its presence is palpable. The artist has played with light and texture: warm tones on the stone walls contrast subtly with the cooler shadows in the Keelgat.

The composition exudes an air of timelessness. The use of fine digital brushstrokes and a slight graininess gives the work a tangible quality. There is no human in sight, giving the viewer the feeling of wandering through this tranquil place himself. **Geertekerkhof** invites reflection and arouses a deep sense of connection with the city's history and its hidden places.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
