After a long period of bad weather, which had a rather unfavourable effect on landscape photography projects, this mood was created after the weather had cleared.
The previously risen sun, although still partially obscured by a curtain of clouds, was able to create a colourful morning mood with its fresh light. On the ground, which was soaked with water and could no longer absorb any moisture, large puddles formed in places, such as on this dirt track.
As I often use the classic triangular composition in my pictures, the picture section was chosen so that the river forms one of the many diagonals, all of which move towards the vanishing point in an almost fan-shaped manner. In turn, the path shown turns away from the vanishing point in a curve to suggest the "golden cut".
Paths are very popular in landscape photography, as they lead the viewer through the picture in an inviting way. Although this path also leads us in a certain direction, it otherwise leaves us in the dark - and, without revealing the secret of its destination, disappears insidiously behind the trees.
