About ‘The blue wonder’ by fotoromantik robert sellier

In the Amper floodplain nature reserve, you often come across fallen trees that have been gnawed on by beavers, brought down or died due to the beaver's feeding damage, only to collapse rotten.
This also happened to this willow lying in the river, which had been bare and lifeless for some time and where it was only a matter of time before the next storm sealed its fate.
Before the relatively dense fog, due to the effect of the rising sun, released this enchanting motif, I tried my luck, in the old fashioned way, with backlit shots. This endeavour was of course abruptly interrupted when this scenario revealed itself to me, with the sun virtually standing behind me. Although I actually find a bright blue sky rather boring, it was just what I needed here to create this blue monochrome effect, also due to the reflection on the large expanse of water.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
