The rust on the bow of that ship makes a nice image for a photograph. Marine vessels damaged by the salt water of the seas. The ship may well go to the shipyard again.
But for my photo, this ship is a work of art.
Cargo ships suffer badly on the seas and oceans. Burning sun or heavy storms they go through to bring their cargoes to the ports. And things are not always gentle in the ports either.
Raw and the port as it is the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbor is another world. The landscape of the harbor is always changing. The ships the people the landscape it continues to fascinate me.
