This is the castle of Woerden, which was built between 1407 and 1415 by Jan van Beieren, lord of Woerden. The castle is square, has a drawbridge, three round towers and a square. It is located near the station Woerden, on a peninsula in the canal. In the background the facade of the Sint-Bonaventurachurch is visible.
