Hauge, built under rock shelter, simple fishermen's cottages on Norway's south coast. Near Hauge, at the end of Jøssingfjord, two old wooden cottages are built in a hollow of a high cliff. These two cottages constitute unique heritage in Norway. The left cottage can be freely entered, and partly visited inside. Uniquely, these houses and surrounding grounds are completely covered by a high rock, and thus were largely sheltered from extreme weather conditions.
