The slender vase comes from the Emmaus in Marey-sur-Tille, a municipality in the French department of Côte-d'Or. A regal little vase, with a mint-green decoration in the shape of a flower. The graceful gold accents make it a top vase. For my photo I decorated the vase with fresh yellow tulips. Next to the vase is the empty shell of an escargot. These snail shells can be found all around our French home. The background of the photo is a folded sheet of watercolor paper from the brand Canson. On it you can see a light shadow of the vase with the tulips.
