About the artwork

Pure romance and rich history offers Venice, the Serenissima, which is much visited not only for the famous Carnivale di Venezia. No less romantic are the legends surrounding one of the most photographed sights of the lagoon city:
The Bridge of Sighs is the declared destination of many couples who kiss under the Bridge of Sighs during a ride on a traditional Venetian gondola, sealing the eternity of their love, provided that this kiss happens at sunset.

However, not everything is so romantic, as the Bridge of Sighs crosses the eight-meter-wide Rio di Palazzo. This connection from the Palazzo Ducale, the Doge's Palace, led to the new prison of Venice, the Prigioni nuove.

At the sight of freedom, the prisoners sighed as they made their way to the prison and saw the Venice lagoon for the last time.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
