The scent of lavender is generally perceived as soothing, the colour develops into a beautiful purplish flower as it grows, and the play of lines as created by the structured fields in France make this plant a very much photographed image by the many tourists who visit the area.
It is therefore not easy to make your photo stand out in the large selection.
For this image, I chose a low vantage point, which nicely incorporates the clouds into the image and forms a whole with the field. As far as I am concerned, the fact that the sun gives the clouds a nice light in the edges in the process is the bonus.
The structures in the background are a nice detail and reflect the presence of humans in this nature image.
The use of the straight path creates a fine vanishing point well into the picture.
