This is the bottom of a agaricales. A sheet fungus is called such because the underside of the cap consists of sheets, from which the spores emerge. The plates can be seen as lamellae here. Normally you don't see them, because we look at the mushroom from above. Behind the stem is something that looks like a snail. I just left it there.
