The imposing Petronas Towers are the landmark of the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur. From 1996 to 2004, they were considered the tallest building in the world. With a height of 452 m, the majestic twin towers tower far above the city skyline.
Located in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, in the Bukit Bintang district, the Petronas Towers are an annual attraction for many people. At the foot of the towers, several shopping centers such as Suria KLCC are part of the modernist complex of buildings. In addition, there are cafes, restaurants, a cinema, an art gallery, the Natural Science Museum "Petrosians" with an aquarium, and a concert hall of the National Philharmonic Orchestra with 860 seats.
