About the artwork

Meet Preferido, a Pura Raza Española (PRE), also known as the 'pure Spanish breed'. This beautiful stallion is not just any horse, but my favourite model and an animal with a special story. Before he came to the Netherlands, Preferido went through a lot, including a period of severe neglect. Now he lives a happy and carefree life, and his only job is to occasionally shine in front of the camera - something he does with ease.

Preferido is a grey, a horse that gets whiter and whiter as he ages. His proud, powerful appearance is enhanced by the traditional Spanish bridle he wears, complete with a 'mosquero'. This ornamental decoration, originally intended as a flyswatter, is now a symbol of Spanish tradition and elegance.

Exuding grace, strength and timeless beauty, this picture is a real eye-catcher in any interior. In a modern interior, it adds a touch of classic charm, while in a rural or rustic setting, it perfectly complements the natural and warm atmosphere. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
