A stone, overgrown with algae, lies like a forgotten island in the wet sand. The waves are just retreating; the surf is calm but unmistakable. On the horizon, the Atlantic Ocean stretches endlessly under a sky full of patches of clouds and soft blue.
This beach in Brittany offers a moment of simplicity and space. Everything about this scene is uncluttered: the water, the sky, the earth. And yet there is movement. The water lapping the stone, the wave rolling on, the glint of sand still wet from the tide.
The stone in the foreground, covered with moss-green seaweeds, forms a natural anchor point. It shows that even in an empty landscape, something can remain - rooted, silent, waiting for the next wave.
A place where silence can be heard. Where for a moment you don't have to do anything but look and breathe.
