Royal Navy Lockheed SP-2H Neptune.

Lockheed SP-2H Neptune maritime search and attack and patrol aircraft of the Naval Air Service.

Registration number: 201.
MSN 726-7241.
c/n 7241.

By the mid '50s, the Naval Air Service had 12 P2V-5 Neptunes at its disposal. In 1961 the Netherlands purchased another 15 Neptunes, this time of type P2V-7B (B for 'armed') aircraft, recognisable by the closed fuselage nose with four 20mm guns and the two additional jet engines. These aircraft were flown over to New Guinea and used to conduct patrol flights. After the transfer of New Guinea to Indonesia, the P2V-7B's returned to Naval Air Station Valkenburg in late 1962 and were modified to SP-2H (including a transparent nose section) from 1963, making these aircraft suitable for anti-submarine warfare and Long Range Maritime Patrol. Between 1972 and 1982, the SP-2H's were phased out.

This picture was taken on 30 August 2024 during the nightshoot of the Summer Offensive.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
