The painting comes from a mental repertoire of passionate feelings. In the picture you can see two people loving each other. Passionately they are intertwined and blurred figuratively into each other. This is emphasized by the technique used by the artist with a palette knife to apply the colors. The bright colors thus run into each other. There are no clear lines. Additional highlights are created by white color accents, as well as grainy texture paste, which gives the whole scene even more dynamism. Around the two people, the colors blur through brushstrokes. Thus, the charged mood of the two is symbolically represented. The warm colors create a pleasant feeling in the viewer and possibly remind of a similarly experienced situation. With the bodies and vorallem with the faces the persons melt by the produced heat formally into each other. Not a hair fits between the two. An extreme proximity is to be recognized. This also gave rise to the title "SCHMELZEN". The technique acrylic on canvas was used.
